Important Registration Information
To complete your online registration form we recommend the use of a computer.
You may register up to 6 family members (1 other adult and 4 minors under the age of 18, email addresses are not required for minors; however, you must provide their birth dates.
Please review and ensure all required fields are completed accurately before submitting your registration. Once you submit your registration form you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a copy of your form.
IMPORTANT NOTE: a waiver of liability and photo release are part of the online registration form and should be completed and signed by the adult participants and legal parent or guardian of the minors.
