Katherine McEwen

Katherine holds a diploma in Ecosystem Management from Fleming College, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University. Before her current position working as Island Nature Trust’s Engagement Technician, she worked as a Species at Risk Technician monitoring piping plover, and as a Forestry Technician for the Ministry of Natural Resources of Ontario. Additionally, she has over a decade of teaching experience in sports including sailing and skiing. In her free time Katherine enjoys learning to fiddle, cooking and crafting.
