Holding a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a double minor in Sociology, and Diversity & Social Justice from the University of Prince Edward Island, Kelly blends academic insight with practical expertise. As a devoted mother and wife, she enjoys family adventures, particularly exploring the island’s beautiful beaches and riding horseback through its stunning landscapes.
